Why appoint the Public Trustee?

The office of the Public Trustee has been serving the WA community since 1941. Appointing the Public Trustee gives peace of mind that financial and legal affairs are being handled with proven experience and sound judgement. The Public Trustee acts independently, impartially and their permanence ensures continuity in the administration of the authority entrusted to them.

Specialist managers maintain close contact with organisations whose activities affect their clients' well being. These include State and local government departments, banks, financial institutions, investment houses and other commercial organisations.

The Public Trustee drafts EPAs under limited circumstances so please contact our office on 1300 746 116 for more information. The subsequent fees for managing financial and legal affairs are very reasonable, competitive and vary according to the services required.
